  4. Meal Planning is something that should be practiced regularly instead of thinking of what to bring to the dining table spontaneously. It gives your family members something to look forward to. As for seasonal eating, yes it is important. It brings fresher foods, thus cheaper budget for your meal.

  5. Same with Choe, I am very conscious with what I eat in order to avoid future ailments. Having a healthy diet and lifestyle makes us more active and would surely give us a longer life.
    I used to only have one diet meal plan but I discovered there should be different diets on different seasons because of the weather and it also effect the metabolism of our body.
