This is one of my all time favorite salmon recipes that I discovered years ago in Nutrition Action Health Letter. It’s easy to make and delicious.Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 3 lb. salmon filet
3 cloves garlic
¾ cup walnuts
