Hi ladies,

Thanks for stopping by to comment. Anna, glad you got some tips to use for Christmas and other occasions. Leisa, love your idea of making homemade noodles. That sounds delicious!

I always cook a turkey - despite the fact that we go to two different Thanksiving celebrations. I just miss the left overs to much if I don't.

A bit pot of turkey soup made from the carcass is my favorite thing to make with leftover turkey. But it's got to have homemade noodles in it. Store bought noodles and I could do without it and opt for something else.

I also package up lunches for my husband to take to work and put them in the freezer.

I love just stacking on cold leftover turkey throughout the day as well.

No thanksgiving here in Australia.. but your guidelines will really help with Christmas and a few birthday dinners we have in between then and now. I do love "over cooking" for events like these so that we can have leftovers in the 'aftermath". :)
