Healthy Eating: Asian Flounder, Simple and Delicious!
I’m a big fan of fresh fish — it’s easy to prepare, cooks in a jiffy and has important nutrients our body needs. I also love the fact that you can get creative in preparing fish and add lots of flavor with the addition of only a few ingredients.
In today’s video, we’re making a simple dish that’s so good — the sesame seeds, toasted sesame oil and orange zest give it an amazing lift.
