Doctor, Doctor – Give Me the News — Proactive Prevention
I used to be spot on about routinely making appointments at the doctor for a check up but lately, I have to admit I’ve fallen off the wagon. And you know what? That’s a problem on a lot of different levels.
Going to the doctor regularly is key for preventative care and to help us be in optimal health yet sometimes it’s easy to let things slide when we have a host of other things on our plate.
But making time for regular maintenance for our bodies is no different that oil changes for our car – it’s keeps everything working smoothly.
