Love Yourself Up this Valentine’s Day

pic_saks-valentine.jpgTo me, Valentine’s Day is best when we truly take care of ourselves and practice guilt-free self-love. The kind of thing we should be doing year round but often wait until now, when a spark of inspiration or wisdom hits us. You know, that glimmer of, “I’m driving myself into the ground, not eating well or getting enough rest, I need to do something about it NOW.” But the truth is, we all need to get in the habit of practicing better, deeper self-care EVERYDAY, not just when we hit rock bottom.

And as I know you already know, self-care is the perfect elixir to help us achieve optimal health — it’s boosts our immune system, rejuvenates our spirit and helps us manage our stress more effectively.
