Hi Felicia,

What a great insight you got into your body and what you're feeding it. Good for you! We all have to start from somewhere and increasing our awareness in simple ways is all about tuning it to better, lasting health.

Check in and less us know what foods help you feel your best.

This is such a simple yet powerful philosophy. As I've gotten older I've learned that it suits my body and my budget more to buy a few quality pieces of clothing that fit better, last longer, and look good for years rather than filling my closet with cheap pieces that lose their shape after one or two washes. I have to say I never thought about applying that same thinking to my food until you mentioned it.

Instead of filling up on empty junk that offers nothing but a temporary sugar fix and inches on my hips, how much happier would my body be with fresh, quality food that packs real nutrition and tastes better?

Thanks so much!
