Healthy Delicious Meals Under 450 Calories – Sign Me up!
Bruce and I are reveling in being in warm, sunny Florida visiting his family. It’s not that I’m so in love with Florida but after braving too much snow for my taste, the sun and 70 degree weather is more than welcome and a great respite from the cold.
We happily kicked off our trip and celebrated our 6-month anniversary by going to a restaurant that’s nothing short of spectacular. Seasons 52 is all about promoting healthy food, smart portions and the freshest of ingredients. In fact, they change the menu seasonally and create daily specials based on what’s fresh at the farmers’ market. Even better, no entree is more than 450 calories. This is seriously my kind of restaurant where it’s easy and fun to make smart choices that will support you in feeling your best.
Last night I had seared scallops with asparagus and a teeny bit of pasta – yum. Bruce had filet mignon perfectly cooked with fresh asparagus and carrots. You know what else? They have tiny desserts, $2.50 each, that give you a little taste of sweetness but are less than 300 calories.
The great thing is that the menu is not only healthy but also affordable and a great atmosphere with exceptional service. We actually ate outside by the water – fabulous. The bad news is that Seasons 52 is only in Florida and Georgia, but if you’re down here, you must check it out.

i always make sure that i am on a Low Calorie diet. i avoid foods with high carbohydrate load because it would just cause more fats on the body. a low calorie diet is also associated with longer life span.
