A Healthy Weight at Any Age: Get Inspired, Get Fit
I believe a healthy dose of inspiration is the key to weight loss, getting fit and feeling confident about your body. For me, it’s not always enough to know I need to take great care of myself, sometimes I need a tiny push. I mean honestly, we all know we should eat more fruits and vegetables, but do we do it all the time?
So when I can across a story about Ernestine Shepard, pictured here, I couldn’t help but take note — and be inspired. Ernestine Shepard is a retired school secreatary with a penchant for great health. She eats well, runs in road races and inspires people around her to exercise, maintain a healthy weight, and get in shape — for good.

Sure she is a great inspiration and I complement her exercising . What you do not much about tho is that she eats 27 egg whites a day body building diet for her protein. How practicle is that? How many oldie would do that? If she did not do that and just ate the normal ‘heathy diet’ her muscles would be drastically reduced.
