What’s In Your Pantry? Top Five Must Haves
Planning, planning, planning — that’s my mantra.
If you don’t have a weekly plan, you’re setting yourself up for weight gain, mindless and less than healthy eating and a major drain on your wallet. It’s just a fact: lack of planning equals poor choices and wasting money. Who can afford that in these trying times?
So you may be thinking you don’t have time. But here’s the thing…a few easy shortcuts and you can create healthy meals. One of my favorite short cuts is to always keep a well stocked pantry with five essentials that I include in much of my weekly cooking. Are you guessing that they’re all healthy? You know it!
Take a listen to this week’s audio tip and you can get the whole scoop on the five things that help you eat healthfully. They’re not all that expensive (especially compared to a spur of the moment decision to eat out when the frig is empty, that can easily cost you $20-30+ dollars) and can be used in a variety of dishes for great, healthy results.
So what are you top five pantry essentials? Share your thoughts and comments!
