The Joys of Juicing
Have you ever juiced fresh fruits and vegetables? If you haven’t, you’re really missing out! Juicing is a terrfic way to easily increase your intake of healthy, whole foods and get more raw food in your diet. It provides numerous health benefits (cancer, heart disease and diabetes prevention) and makes getting lots of veggies into your diet so much easier.
