Do you know that some foods are considered high stress and deplete our energy while other low-stress foods give us lasting and abundant energy? What we eat, how we prepare it and the atmosphere in which we eat all contribute to how energetic and effective we are. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to increase your energy and vitality and reduce stress thorugh the wise selection of healthy and delicious foods that will fuel you throughout the day and easy and quick to make.
